Humango maintains registration for ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management. Humango’s certified Environmental Management System (EMS) ensures that our day-to-day operations are sustainable and provides guidance on how we consider environmental impact across all aspects of our business. It also informs how we manage emergency response, customer expectations, stakeholders, and our relationship with the communities that we support.
ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System
Humango maintains registration for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS). ISO 9001 brings quality management and continual improvement into the heart of our organization and a focus on risk-based thinking. This demonstrates our ability to provide consistency in meeting customer and regulatory requirements. The QMS registration also provides consistency in process implementation, risk management, and a continuous improvement approach to quality that follows industry best practices.
ISO 27001:2022 - Information Security Management
Humango maintains registration for ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management. ISO 27001 ensures on-going security compliance using policies and procedures that includes all legal, physical, and technical controls involved in our information risk management processes. This demonstrates our approach to establish, implement, operate, monitor, review and improve information and physical security to delivery technology services and business solutions following industry best practices.
ISO 20001-1:2018 - IT Service Management
Humango maintains registration for ISO 20000-1:2018 IT Service Management (ITSM). This registration is based on the ITIL framework of best practices and promotes the coordinated integration and implementation of service management processes to provide on-going control, greater efficiency, and opportunities for continual improvement. The ITSM certification also ensures the effective running and delivery of IT services and drives customer focus by following industry best practices.
